Reclining on back:
  • Full body stretch, with leans left and right
  • Hug knees (behind)
  • Stretch legs into air, one at a time
  • Knees fall one direction, arms the other
Reclining on side:
  • Hamstring stretch
Seated:
  • Modified hurdler's stretch
  • Soles touching
Arms:
  • Forward; back
  • Left across; right across
  • Left over & back; right over & back
