Demo 1 - Real World Version

An exercise in pattern development, courtesy of Krissy Teevans.
Movement (side facing, alternate right/left; 4 each, then 2, then optionally 1):
  • Step up; alternate single lunge; exit opposite
  • Repeat; straddle
  • Knee; down; over top
  • Mambo; cha cha cha
High Intensity:
  • Run the steps
  • Hop the knees, sides and hams
  • Turn ham repeater into "Pony"
  • Turn side repeater into "Up Side, Shuffle x4, Down"
  • Turn knee repeater into "Up Knee, Kick Kick, Knee, Down"
