Demo 1 - Real World Version
An exercise in pattern development, courtesy of Krissy Teevans.
Movement (side facing, alternate right/left; 4 each, then 2, then optionally 1):
Step up; alternate single lunge; exit opposite
Repeat; straddle
Knee; down; over top
Mambo; cha cha cha
High Intensity:
Run the steps
Hop the knees, sides and hams
Turn ham repeater into "Pony"
Turn side repeater into "Up Side, Shuffle x4, Down"
Turn knee repeater into "Up Knee, Kick Kick, Knee, Down"
