  • Step (4 right, 4 left)
  • V-Step (4 left, 4 right)
  • Step (4 right, 4 left)
  • (Step + Reverse Basic) x2 (4 left, 4 right)
Movement (all 4-pair alternate side):
  • Ham
  • Side
  • Knee
  • Kick
  • Glute (plus side repeat)
  • Inside Thigh (plus side repeat)
Movement (filler): Alternate Knees
High Intensity:
  • Run the steps
  • Run the V-step (or jump; "Death From Above")
  • Turn 4-pair alternates into 3-pair alternates, 4 jacks
  • Hop the knees, sides and hams
  • Turn ham or glute repeater into "Pony"
  • Turn side or inside thigh repeater into "Up Side, Shuffle x4, Down"
