Movement (filler): March
Movement (all alternate 4, then all alternate side 4, all straddle 4, all straddle repeat 4, optional all straddle RTW):
  • 4x Tap Up (left foot left side, right foot right side)
  • 4x Turn Step
  • 2x U-Step
  • 4x Jump Over Step and back
  • 2x T-Step
  • 4x A-Step
  • 2x Double Stomp + jump over step and back
Squat-Intensity (Sumo-Jutsu):
  • ½ speed Tap Up (left foot left side, right foot right side)
  • ½ speed Turn Step
  • 4x Squat Over Step and back
  • 2x Side Knee, squat over step
High Intensity:
  • Turn tap up into "Shoot Hoops"
  • Run the turn step
  • Hop knee on T-step
