Movement (Forward x4, Stationary x4, Back x4, Stationary x4):
  • March In / March Out
  • Hamstring / Side leg
  • Knee / Kick
Movement:
  • Step Touch x8
  • Double Step Touch x4
  • Grapevine x4; add ham, side, knee
  • Grapevine Box
Movement (4&4, each for at least 8):
  • Toe Front / Heel Front
  • Toe Side / Heel Side
  • Toes in place, with tap / without tap
  • Lunge
Stretches (right/left):
  • Lunge, to side facing
  • Front leg (lift tailbone) / Rear leg / Hip Flexor / Quad
  • Arms across / triceps above
Stretches (both arms): forward/back
