Squat-Intensity (Sumo-Jutsu):
½ speed Tap Up (left foot left side, right foot right side)
½ speed Turn Step
4x Squat Over Step and back
2x Side Knee, squat over step
High Intensity:
Turn tap up into "Shoot Hoops"
Run the turn step
