Hi, Kids!

Bonus Section: 2005 Reprint Commentary from Stephen Oliver Samuels (S.O.S.)! The Mars Pebble

It's just interesting to see that something came from that pebble we picked up in 1962. I guess after how that mission turned out, I got fixated on space teleportation. But I really should have tested that pebble for organic matter.

Honey?

Ha Ha!

Welcome!

Bonus Section: 2005 Reprint Commentary from Stephen Oliver Samuels (S.O.S.)! Alien Biology 101

I had the privilege of examining Simon 1n 1964. My main learning was, Simon had adapted to (and thrived under) Earth conditions without posing a threat to them. That is to say, he didn't have to be quarantined for his safety or anyone else's. And he certainly seemed healthy enough.

Author's Notes:

This strip is competing with Powernaut 1987 right now. 1987 needs to be published, but 1964 *wants* to be published. 1987 wants me to make its art 100% digitally, but 1964 wants me to draw it while I sit on bar stools as usual. I've literally amused myself with drawing some waste art as regards 1987, and it's been enough to fill a 1964 comic. So I'm publishing in parallel. We'll see which one comes through first!

... Well, the winner was obviously Powernaut 1964. This series was so easy, I absent-mindedly colored all the backgrounds during Sunday brunch today. And that is it. I now intend to publish the whole thing at once! So, happy Winter Solstice holidays to you all, and I'll probably see you in January.
