  • On step, then on floor:
    • Step and heel
    • Step and toe
    • (High intensity) Step and jack ("I-Step")
Movement (facing side; down other side; the lead foot does all moving, the other just follows):
  • On step, then on floor:
    • Tap up and heel
    • Tap up and toe
    • (High intensity) Tap up and slalom
